Nemesis Kitap Announces Its Book Fair Programme
Publishers have already begun preparing for the 42nd Tüyap International Book Fair. Nemesis Kitap has announced its programme early for the fair, which runs from 13 to 21 December.
Aiming to bring readers and authors together, the publisher will meet book lovers with a programme centred on talks. Some of its most eagerly awaited books will also reach readers for the first time at the Istanbul Book Fair, among them the complete Avalon Bay series by international bestseller Elle Kennedy, the first two books of Elsie Silver’s new Gold Rush Ranch series, and clinical psychologist Fundem Ece’s debut, Bir Tanısan Seversin Kendini (If You Only Knew Yourself, You’d Love Yourself).
Clinical psychologist Fundem Ece will meet readers with her first book. On Sunday 14 December at 11:00, an event titled Bir Tanısan Seversin Kendini will be held in the Kınalıada Talk Hall, followed immediately by a signing with the author.
The same day, Dr Murat Balanlı will meet readers for a talk on his journey towards holistic healing. At the event, starting at 11:00, he will share ways of staying healthy across spirit, body and mind, along with striking insights from preventive medicine. Venue: Heybeliada Hall.
On Saturday 20 December, two signings will take place at the Nemesis Kitap stand. For crime fans, Belda Öztürk will sign Köy Yerinde Cinayet (Murder in the Village), while for lovers of romance, Eda Yıldırım will sign Rota:14 Günde Aşk (Route: Love in 14 Days).
On the same day, Saturday 20 December, clinical psychologist Yasemin Meriç Kazdal will explore the journey of understanding people through the lens of the unconscious. Her talk, at 15:00 in the Hall 10 Interactive Event Area, is titled Seçimlerimizin Gizli Sahibi: Bilinçdışı (The Hidden Owner of Our Choices: The Unconscious).
Later that day at 18:00, psychologist Cevher Sönmez will reveal the codes of success to his readers. After his talk Başarının Pin Kodu (The PIN Code of Success), which addresses students, parents, teachers and life in general, the author will hold a signing.
Nemesis Kitap will keep bringing readers together with their favourite authors right up to the last day of the fair. On Sunday 21 December at 13:00, Mehmet Ercan will meet book lovers with a heart-warming talk, Ruhum Sana Emanet (My Soul Is in Your Keeping).
The final event of the day comes from surgeon Dr Azer Aras Uluğ. In his talk Mutluluğa Giden Yol (The Road to Happiness), at 15:00 in the Sedef Hall, he will discuss the codes of sexual happiness, which affects every area of life, along with common misconceptions and frequently asked questions. The author also plans to sign copies of his first book, Yarım Kalmasın (Don’t Leave It Unfinished), for his readers.
