A new trailer and poster have been released for “Hoppers” (Hoplayanlar), Disney and Pixar’s eagerly awaited original animated comedy. The film opens exclusively in cinemas on 6 March 2026.
The new trailer offers a closer look at this animated comedy-adventure centred on animal lover Mabel. Using a new technology, Mabel “hops” her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver and communicates directly with animals – allowing her to uncover mysteries in the animal world beyond anything she could have imagined.
In “Hoppers”, seasoned comedian Bobby Moynihan voices King George, the upbeat, larger-than-life beaver who leads the pond and reigns as king of the mammals. Jon Hamm brings to life Mayor Jerry, who is running for re-election in Beaverton. Beneath his perfectly combed hair and agreeable public image, Jerry frequently loses his cool over the one thing he can’t control: Mabel (Piper Curda).
The film’s star-studded voice cast also includes Meryl Streep (Insect Queen), Dave Franco (Titus), Kathy Najimy (Dr. Sam), Eduardo Franco (Loaf), Melissa Villaseñor (Ellen), Ego Nwodim (Fish Queen), Vanessa Bayer (Diane), Sam Richardson (Conner), Aparna Nancherla (Nisha), Nichole Sakura (Reptile Queens), Isiah Whitlock Jr. (Bird King), Steve Purcell (Amphibian King), Karen Huie (Grandma Tanaka) and Tom Law (Tom Lizard).
Director Daniel Chong and producer Nicole Paradis Grindle say of the film:
“We assembled a legendary cast for Hoppers, and the voice actors have brought something truly extraordinary to the film. Whether it’s boisterous comedy, heartfelt emotion or wild animal noises, they went beyond our expectations every time.”
“Hoppers” is directed by Daniel Chong (“We Bare Bears”) and produced by Nicole Paradis Grindle (“Incredibles 2”). The original score is by Mark Mothersbaugh (“Thor: Ragnarok”).
